Your passing is so sudden, taken way too early from this earth. We will always remember you as a kind, quiet giant of a man. Eric and Cara will always refer to you as "Papa Dan". We will miss you tremendously !

Papa Dan,
My heart is deeply saddened that your journey here has ended. I am so grateful for the caring and joy you gave and all the times you opened up your home for the many family times and memories that will be cherished forever.
The most significant memory or your selfless heart is when you saved me from drowning at Bay Cove. You were my hero that day and privately you stayed that way in my heart. You know I never did become a great swimmer, but if doggie paddling counts, I’d probably get 1st place.
You are an angel now, so as you gently rest in God’s arms and until we meet again, the memories you have left behind will forever be in our hearts. We love you and thank you for the gift your life has brought to us all.

Wendi
