Larry Stoddard lived a life of integrity. His uplifting spirit faced each day and every moment as a new adventure and blessing from God. His zest for life was contagious to all around him. The Dear Lord, family, friends, and random strangers filled his spirit with such an overflowing joy. The true meaning of boundless, selfless, soft yet strong, unconditional love beamed from his being. He was a man of very few words that spoke volumes. One could feel the warmth and peace radiating from his presence the instant you were around him. For 63 years our precious Lord selflessly blessed us with such a wonderful man. Larry Stoddard met his best friend and the love of his life Judy Stoddard when they were the tender age of 15. From that moment on they have been inseparable. She would ask, “Bay Bay, will you marry me”? His reply was always,“I’ll marry you everyday, three or four times if you want”.  He had a full life loving the Lord, loving his family, loving his friends, and being loved by his family and friends (Sometimes even strangers!).

As memories flood in, the laughter begins and grows. Before long everyone is doubled over in tears and pain from the joy and laughter. His presence consistent in death as it was in life. Your love and warmth continues on as you will always be cherished and remembered. Especially, all your Dad jokes! Larry leaves behind his wife of 44yrs. Judith Stoddard, Dunnellon; his son Arik Stoddard and his wife Crystal of  Franklin, NC; his daughters, Shelene Josey and her husband Justin of Flowery Branch, GA, Karalee Stoddard, Sterlington, LA; his brother, Don Stoddard and his wife Sandra of Lewisville, TX; his sister, Ann Trevarthen and her husband Steve of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Kayla, Destinee, Cody, Michael, Adam, Cameron, Arika and one great grandchild on the way and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his mother, June (Morrow) Stoddard and his brother, Eric Stoddard.

With All Our Love,

Your Family
