Lillie Mae Palmer, 99, died on November 14, 2016 at the Pacifica Senior Living in Ocala under the care of Marion County Hospice. Mrs. Palmer was born into this life on June 12, 1917 to the late Samuel and Allie(Evans) Goldblatt in Parksville, TN. She leaves behind her son, Philip(Kathy) Palmer; her daughter, Sandra Koeval; her grandchildren, Jennifer(Chris) Wood, Roseann(James) Sparano, David(Teresa) Palmer and her great grandchildren, Jack Palmer, Olivia Palmer and Grace Sparano. She is preceded in death by her husband, John; her sisters, Betty, Helen,Sue ; her grandchild, Steven Palmer and son in law, Kent Koeval.

Lillie moved to the Dunnellon area in the early 80’s from Miami. She was a former member of the Lake Tropicana Civic Association, Rainbow Lakes Travel Club and Rainbow Lakes Garden Club. She enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and going on cruises with her late husband. Lillie lived life to the fullest and was ready to go home with her Lord and Savior, she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Memorial Services celebrating Lillie’s life will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 4:00 PM at Roberts Funeral Home in Dunnellon. She will be laid to rest by her husband at a later date at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens in Ocala.
