Norma Jean Stone, 71, Beverly Hills, passed away Wednesday September 19, 2012 in the care of the Hospice of Citrus County Hospice House, Lecanto, FL. She was born in Burlington, VT and moved to Beverly Hills in 1998 from McLean, VA.
Norma Jean was a 1959 graduate of Washington-Lee High School, Arlington, VA, a homemaker, member of the First Baptist Church of Dunnellon where she was an enthusiastic volunteer; prior to her retirement, she was a long time member of the McLean Baptist Church, McLean, VA.
She enjoyed cooking, quilting, traveling (especially cruising); most importantly, she cherished quality time with her Family and Friends.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 am Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Dunnellon with Pastor Russ Randall officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and the committal service is scheduled for 1:30 pm at The Fero Memorial Gardens, Beverly Hills, FL.
Survivors include her husband Theodore, Daughters: Kimberly Weiss, Newark, DE; Judy (Allan) Hazel, Charleston, SC; Sandra (Leigh) Kahler, Falls Church, VA; Sister: Ada Harke, Margaretville, NY; Grandchildren: Grant & Scott Kahler, Falls Church, VA; David Weiss, Newark, DE and Margaret Mary Hazel, Charleston, SC.
