Paul David Campbell
January 25, 1959 ~ October 7, 2017 (age 58) 58 Years OldDunnellon – Paul Campbell passed away unexpectedly October 7th while on vacation in Los Angeles. Paul moved to Dunnellon ten years ago when his father Leonard died. Paul then became the primary care provider to his disabled mother Emma who is now 94.
Paul was born in New Brunswick, NJ in 1959. He graduated from Rutgers in 1981 and practiced electric engineering for many years. Later he became a financial planner working just off Wall Street in NYC and was an eye witness to the 9-11 WTC attack.
Paul traveled to a countless number of countries like Argentina, China, Germany, Mexico, etc. He climbed Mount Everest, but not to the summit. He hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine and was an avid cyclist.
Paul will be missed by his mother Emma; his siblings Tom, Rich, Bill, Judy and Marianne, his nephews Jesse and Joey, close friend Hiedi and by his many other friends.
There will be a public visitation held at Roberts Funeral Home in Dunnellon on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 3-6 PM. There will be a time of sharing during the visitation by Paul’s family.
