Ann Farnsworth, 60, of Crystal River, passed away on December 27th, 2012. She was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on July 25th, 1952. She is survived by her husband, Terry Farnsworth; daughter, Sara McClory; mother, Eunice Ford; siblings, Frederick Ford, Paul Ford, Michael Ford, Ronda Ford, Beverly Lane; also nieces and nephews.
Her father, Frederick Ford, and Sister, Kathy Daniels precede her in death.
She enjoyed spending time with her friends, family, 2 dogs, and 2 grand-dogs.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her memory to Pet Pal Animal Shelter, 405 22nd Street S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712
