Anthony Degennaro

We all have a beginning and an end it is what we do with that time in between and the people we touch during that finite interval that makes one memorable. Some of us work our hands to the bone, some of us learn all we can, some spend all their time involved with their family, some help the less fortunate, and some do a little bit of each.  Anthony DeGennaro was one who tried to do the latter. He was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1943 to Joseph DeGennaro, an Italian immigrant, and his wife Frances, of Niagara Falls, New York. He is survived by his younger brother Joe, his four living children Anthony, Edward, Joshua, and Danielle; two nephews Joseph and Nicholas and many grandchildren; he is now with his deceased daughter Karen Marie. He was a loving spouse in two marriages, first to Carol Lee and then to Claudia. He spent the last years of his life with his girlfriend & care giver Mary Frantz, whose children and grandchildren adored him as well. He had a great passion for all diversions that involved the water. His memory will live on in the hearts of all those he touched and we all wish him solace and ever lasting peace.
