Ardath P. Cooper was born on November 12, 1921 in Humphrey, NY. She graduated from Bliss High School and RBI with a Physicians Assistant Degree. Ardath was preceded in death by both parents Charles Edward Pringle and Mildred Elaine Pringle, her brother Edward Pringle and sister Wilma Teetsell, her husband William Grant Cooper, Sr. and one of her son's Jeffery Charles Cooper.
Ardath is survived by her daughter Leslie Jean Cooper from Alabama and her sons William Grant Cooper, Jr. and Lowery Edward Cooper and his wife Gwen R. Cooper of Ocala, FL; her grandchildren, Wendy Showell, Tonya Leon and husband Greg Leon, Bryce Cooper, Andrew L. Cooper and wife Naly Cooper, Alex B. Cooper, Kaitlin E. Cooper, Daniel J. Baker II and wife Erica L. Baker, Brock A. Baker, Paige R. Baker and his great-grandchildren, Jakob Leon, Zachary Leon, Bryce Cooper II, Caroline Cooper and Daniel James Baker III.
Ardath was President of the Garden Club as well as the Presbyterian Women's Club; She was a Girl Scout Leader for several years and secretary of the MSTU Advisory board for fifteeen years. Ardath lived in Media,PA for more than 18yrs., and moved here to Ocala,FL from Riverside, CA in 1982. Ardath inspired everyone she came in contact with. She was light to her family and friends. “Rest in Peace Mom We Love You”.
Memorial Services celebrating Ardath's life will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Community Congregational Church:15050 SW 29th Terrace Road. Ocala, FL 34473.
