Barbara J. Munroe

Mrs. Barbara J. Munroe, age 94, of Dunnellon, Florida, passed away on Nov 6, 2024. Barbara was born May 25, 1930. She studied music and voice at the University of Miami.

Barbara was married to John M. Munroe on Dec 19, 1953. They were married for 67 years.

Barbara was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and entertaining. She sang in church choirs in West Palm Beach and Dunnellon.

Barbara is survived by her children Mary M. Ussery, Kathleen M. Read, John R. Munroe, her grandchildren Andrea R. Christiansen, Valerie R. Westrick, Robbie P. Munroe, Jared C. Ussery and Katie E. Hacker.

Barbara is preceded in death by her daughter Bonnie Munroe Hacker.
