Bruce Thomas Robinson

Bruce Thomas Robinson of Dunnellon, Florida, passed away on April 13, 2022, at age 76, after being hospitalized with liver disease.  He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Sandy Robinson.

Bruce was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was a resident of Timonium, Maryland for sixty years.  He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson State University in 1970, and served as a Juvenile Counselor for the State of Maryland for twenty-five years.

Bruce and Sandy moved to Rainbow Springs in Dunnellon when they retired in 2007.  Bruce was an avid model railroad enthusiast, and attended many local train shows.  He had a lifelong interest in astronomy and enjoyed using his telescope in Dunnellon’s dark night skies.

A Memorial Service will be held at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 2:00 pm.  A reception will follow at 4:00 pm at Mimi’s Cafe, 4414 SW College Road, Ocala, FL, located in Market Street at Heathbrook.
