Carol Ann Elliott

On August 29, 2025, Carol Ann Elliott, 78, of Citrus Springs, Florida passed away peacefully in Hospice of Marion County in Ocala, FL.  A wonderful place where she was comfortable and well taken care of by a caring staff.  She had sustained injury due to a fall and stroke, causing a blood hemorrhage on her brain and paralysis on her left side.  She had living will with "do not resuscitate".

Carol was born Feb. 22, 1947 in Marshfield, Wisconsin.  She graduated in 1965 in Marshfield, after this, she became a waitress, well known for great hospitality and excellent service.  Carol also donated to various charity organizations throughout her life.  She married her first husband, Roger Bartz and had one child together, Candis.  She later was divorced and in 1981 remarried, to David Elliott relocating to Mpls, Minnesota who passed away in 2022 due to diabetes complications.  David and Carol moved to Citrus Springs in 2015 to be close to Candis and David's daughter, Donna from his previous marriage.

Carol was the youngest of 14 children, pre-deceased by her parents Herbert and Pauline Lutz and her siblings: Eugene and Lorraine Lutz, Elmer and Betty Lurz, Merlon and Rosemary Lutz, Arlene and (Lloyd) Anderson, Lucille and (Robert) Jones, Jimmy Lutz, Silvia and (Paul) Leonhard, Raymond Lutz, Arvilla and (Elmer) Ploog, Annette and (Charles) Apfel, Donna and (Kurt) Jacobs, Salvajean and (Jim) Harris.  She is only survived By numerous nieces and nephews and Candis, who had no children.  Her remains were cremated, and she did not wish for any services after her passing.
