Carolyn Riggen, age 68, of Dunnellon, Florida passed away on December 12, 2012 at Legacy House. She is the wife of Fred Riggen and she is a member of the North Oak Baptist Church, Citrus Springs. A memorial service will be held at the North Oak Baptist Church on December 22, 2012 at 11:00 am with Pastor Stan Stewart presiding.
