CECIL W. PAISLEY, age 79 of Dunnellon, died Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. Mr. Paisley was born in Landenburg, Pennsylvania on October 2, 1931 to the late Cecil & Maggie (McMillan) Paisley and moved here in 1985 from N. Lauderdale, Florida. He retired from the Delaware State Prison as a bookkeeper with 27 years of service and served our Country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a 32 Degree Mason, member of Friendship Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Ocala and Morocco Shrine Temple. Survivors include his wife, Carol F. Paisley, sons, John Paisley of Dunnellon and Brian Paisley of Lakeland, FL, four brothers, Ray, Burl, Elmer and Dean Paisley and four grandchildren. A celebration of life memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. from the Christ Anglican Church in Ocala with Rev. David Sokol officiating. There will be no viewing hours. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
