CANNON, Charles W. “Chuck”
Charles William "Chuck" Cannon, age 71 of Windermere, Florida went home to be with The Lord on Friday, March 27th, 2015 at Florida Hospital in Orlando. Chuck was born on August 3rd, 1943 in Savannah, GA. He is preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Mable Cannon of Dunnellon and his daughter, Linda Cannon Dauphin of Orlando.
Chuck was an avid automobile enthusiast. From racing to joy riding, many of his favorite times were out on his motorcycles or riding the dirt roads of Gulf Hammock on a 4-wheeler with friends and loved ones. Chuck was an accomplished businessman and the owner of Approved Electric in Orlando, his line of work for the last 40 years. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, spouse and a friend. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Chuck is survived by his companion Brandi Rozier of Windermere, his daughters, Kim Cannon Selty and Lori Cannon Hengber, both of Orlando, and Charlene Cannon of Clermont; his 7 grandchildren and his 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Annette Yapp, Janice Cannon Dorminey, Judy Faye Cannon and Ronnie Cannon, all of Dunnellon.
A service celebrating his life will be held at 3 PM Friday, April 3rd, 2015 at First Baptist Church Dunnellon. Arrangements under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon.
