Charles Ronald Waters

DUNNELLON - Charles Ronald (Ronnie) Waters, 54, a resident of Dunnellon, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 8, 2013, at Ocala Regional Hospital. Born in Gainesville, son of the late Charles Roy Waters and Evelyn Marie Witt Waters Tyson, he was also preceded in death by his step-dad, Gary Wright Tyson.
Ronnie was an avid hunter and fisherman; a loving and devoted father (his girls were his life); and eagerly awaited his new title of "Papa." He loved his family more than anything, enjoyed spending time with his friends, and never met a stranger that didn't end up being a friend. He was a kind hearted man, that would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. Ronnie had a heart bigger than life itself and would do anything to put a smile on your face.
His beaming smile and captivating blue eyes were full of life (and at times, mischief!)
He is survived by his daughters, Cari Jo Waters of Inglis and Colby Lynn Waters of Inverness; soon-to-be-born granddaughter, Bristol Ann Smith; sister Sandra Waters Lewis of Conover, NC; and brothers, Lamar Lesley Waters of Starke and Timothy Darrel Tyson of Dunnellon; his loving nieces and nephews; his girlfriend, Dawn Patton; and his loving fur-baby, Sissy.
