Courtney W. Tyson, Jr.

COURTNEY W. TYSON, JR., age 70, originally from Miami, FL, passed away on November 7, 2011, at his home in Dunnellon.

Mr. Tyson served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is survived by his three loving daughters: Stephanie Carlomagno of Atlanta, GA; Wendy Smith of Denver, CO; Andrea Kovach of Littleton, CO; and one sister: Carol Root of Jupiter, FL as well as his special friend Penny and life-long friend Mick.

In addition, Court is survived by two great-neices, Halle and Courty and four grandchildren: Natalie, Tyson, Jake, and Macoy.

Memorial donations may be made to HPH Hospice of Citrus County or the Everglades National Park.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon.
