Dale L. Marshall, 72, who was born on April 21, 1948 and died on Saturday, December 12, 2020 in the evening hours while under the care of Haven Hospice in Chiefland, FL. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL and was the daughter to the late Everett A. Marshall and Esther M. (Ryan) Marshall. Dale moved to California in the early 1980’s. She obtained an Associate’s Degree from  Laverne College and became a Certified Nurse Assistant. In 1995, Dale moved to Melbourne, FL and worked for several different nursing homes and toward the end of her career she worked with Vitas Hospice in Melbourne. During her years in Melbourne she became a member of First Baptist Church in South Brevard. She was also part of Recovery Ministry which is a faith based ministry helping people with addictions. Dale enjoyed shopping for bargains with her sister and was an avid reader all of her life and never met a cat she did not love.  She devoted her time reading the holy bible and helping those in need. In 2019 Dale’s health was declining and she moved to Dunnellon to be with her sister, Anne who would care and watch over. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother, John Everett Marshall.

Her survivors include her sisters, Anne Alley (Marvin), Dunnellon, FL.  Joan Marshall, Palm Bay, FL and Carol J. Townsend (Michael), South Melbourne, FL; her thirteen nephews and one niece who loved their favorite Aunt dearly.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
