Dallas Roger Johnson

Dallas Roger Johnson, age 69,of Ocala, FL passed away Wednesday June 5, 2024 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Pomeroy, Ohio August 23, 1954 to Dallas Milton Johnson and Ellen Jane Landers-Johnson. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Karen Y Ingle Johnson, and children Noel Seth (Karen M) Johnson, Meranda Johnson Intihar, Misty (Jeffrey) Carameros, Myia (Joe) Smith, Heather Johnson. He is also survived by 15 grand children, Jessica (Jimmy) Carr, Shane Intihar, Madison (West) Mitchell, Alison Carameros, Isabella Smith, Jonathan Johnson, Rebecca Carameros, Gabriella Smith, Noah Carameros, Cassie Carameros, Zack Smith, Grayson Carameros, Oliver Abbott, Leon Abbott. and 3 great grandsons Alex, Ryan and Leo. He is also survived by his mother Ellen Jane Spradlin, siblings Debbie Harris, Pam Everman, Charlie Spradlin and Bill Spradlin.

He is proceeded in death by  Dallas Milton Johnson (father), Verna Mae Baugess Johnson (step mother) and Bill Charles Spradlin Sr. (step -father) Janice Johnson Steele (sister) and Glen Spradlin (brother)

He graduated From East Carter Highschool class of 1973 in Grayson, KY. He was well known and loved by so many people. Some knew him from school, family, friends and coworkers. Throughout many different seasons of his life he impacted everyone that crossed his path. He was a simple man and as loyal as they come. His working career expands from, army, construction worker, police officer to Department of Justice employee. He enjoyed his work and almost every journey it led him and his family to. He was loved and respected by his fellow peers at FCI Lexington and  Ashland KY, FCI Phoenix AZ, FCI Loretto PA, and FCI Forrest City, AR were he retired. He loved wrenching on cars and motorcycle rides. He was a proud supporter of POWMIA and bike rally's to raise funds for many different causes.

His Final resting place is Florida National Cemetery 6502 SW 102nd Ave Bushnell, FL 33513 on Friday June14th 2024 at 10:00 am. This is a private ceremony with just the family. There will be a Celebration of Life on July 6th 2024 at 6:00pm at Hernando Lake 3699 E Orange Drive. Hernando, FL 34442
