Daryle Dean Disney, 80, of Dunnellon, died August 9, 2014 at Legacy Hospice House. He was born in West Chester, Iowa to Harold & Phoebe Disney and moved to Ft. Myers in 1954. After serving in the U.S. Army, Daryle returned to work at Railway Express Agency. Following retirement from them, he was self-employed in the trucking industry. He was a member of West Citrus Church of Christ. Daryle is survived by his wife of 30 years, Marion Jane Simpson Disney of Ft. Myers. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Ann Dadderro Disney of Ft. Myers and leaves behind two sons, Dwight D. and Todd S., and grandson Stephen D. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Donald Disney of Sarasota, FL, and survived by his brother, Duane M. Disney of Ft. Myers, FL, and sister, Phyllis Van Sickle of Mt. Pleasant, IA. An honest and honorable man, Daryle was well-loved and respected by many, including his step-children (Guy L. Williams, Glynn W. Williams, Lysa Williams Johnson, and Randy Yarbrough), their spouses, children, and grandchildren. Daryle was a wonderful role-model and will be greatly missed.
