David Garcia, 55, died on May 29, 2016 at his residence in Dunnellon. He leaves behind his wife, Crystal Garcia; his daughter, Jennifer Raye Garcia and son, William Milan Garcia; his mother, Marina Garcia; his sisters, Gloria Garcia and Maria Garcia; his brothers, Remigio Garcia, Jr., Juan Garcia and Daniel Garcia; one grandson, Baby David who is on the way and many loving family members.
He is preceded in death by his father, Remigio Garcia, Sr. and his brother, Ernesto Garcia.
David was born September 29, 1960 in Pittston, PA. He moved to Dunnellon in 2003 from West Palm Beach. David was employed with Dixie Metal Products Inc. in Ocala up until his illness two weeks ago. He was a christian man who loved his church in Dunnellon(First United Methodist). David was a Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and also enjoyed gardening, watching NASCAR and his NetFlix TV, but most importantly spending time with his family who will miss him dearly.
His family will be receiving relatives and friends on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 6-9 PM at Roberts Funeral Home in Dunnellon. A Celebration of life will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Dunnellon on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Eddie Fulford Officiating.
