Mrs. Deborah Ann Bullard, 65, of Ocala, passed away suddenly on February 25, 2016, while visiting family in Stevensville, Michigan. A native of Fremont, Ohio, she moved from Fremont to Ocala in 1973.  A longtime member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, she worked as a library assistant at Blessed Trinity School for 23 years.
Debbie was a kind-hearted, gentle spirit.  She cared for sick and injured animals growing up and this passion remained until the day she died.  She cared for all of God’s creation from the random moth that flew into the house, orphaned raccoons, or the stray cat that wandered to her doorstep.  She also cared for her beloved Irish Setter, Scarlett.   Debbie was a peaceful woman and that peace transcended into the home and family she built with her devoted husband, Warren for 39 years.  She was always willing to help someone in need.  She loved helping her children, Jenny and Joe (even in adulthood), her grandchildren, the children of Blessed Trinity, coworkers, friends, and strangers. She adored the seasons, especially Fall.  She always decorated her home with unique items she found. She loved reading, taking naps or sitting by a fire, and spending time with her family.  She cherished everyday moments with her grandchildren, Max and Margaux.  She especially loved working on crossword puzzles and was a wealth of knowledge.  Her quest for knowledge resulted in her often looking things up or "Googling it" to uncover the answer. She enjoyed traveling and experiencing new places, but always cherished her time at home.
Debbie is survived by her husband Warren, her daughter Jenny Burzotta (David), her son Joe Bullard, her brothers Pat, Tim and Terry Hoffman, and her grandchildren Max and Margaux Burzotta.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, March 10, in the Blessed Trinity Chapel.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM Friday, March 11, at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Debbie’s honor to Blessed Trinity Endowment or Brother’s Keeper, 5 SE 17th St, Ocala, FL 34471, or Humane Society of Marion County, PO Box 1542, Ocala, FL  34478.
