Dolores A. "Dee" (Haas) Roxey

Dolores A. “Dee” Roxey, 60, of Dunnellon, FL, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015.  Dee was born on August 11th, 1955 in Queens New York to Ruth and Henry Haas.  Dee was a Beatles and Classic Rock enthusiast, as well as an avid Yankees baseball fan.  Dee spent the last thirty years as a wife, mother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and her younger brother, Henry Haas, Jr.  She is survived by her loving husband of thirty years, John E. Roxey, her loving son, John W. Roxey (Mandi), and grandson Killian.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, October 12, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Dunnellon.  Visitation will be from 2-4 PM on Sunday, October 11,  at Roberts Funeral Home, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Women’s Cancer Research Fund (017801) through UF Shands Cancer Center.
