Earl K. Mayfield, Jr.

Earl Mayfield, Jr., 80, died on May 1, 2024 at his home in Citrus Springs, FL. He was born on September 4, 1943 in Columbia, SC to the late Earl and Edith (Spires) Mayfield. Earl moved to Dunnellon from Ft. Lauderdale. He retired from Florida Power and Light and when he moved to Dunnellon he worked for FEMA. Earl served our country with the United States Army. He was a member of the Dunnellon Moose Lodge, the Jyro Club and Rotary Club. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his brothers, William Mayfield, John Doug Mayfield, Brian E. Mayfield and his sister, Betty Brown.
