Edward Good

Edward  "Goody" Good, died on March 7, 2019. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Howard S. Good Jr and Edith S. Keller Good.

He is Survived by his wife, Marcia S. Berry Good; children Gary E. Verstuyft (Terry), Richard J. Verstuyft (Jaqueline), Kathryn L. Mastle (Joseph), John E. Good, Virginia Anne Graham, Margaret Elaine Goss (Michael), George S. Fogel (Alicia) and Laura S. Fogel –Bass (Michael); 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren and 1 brother Ronald Good (Darlene).

He was preceded in death by 2 wives, Shirley Herriott Verstuyft, and Margaret Elaine "Peggy" King Good; and 5 brothers, Howard S. Good III, James S. Good, Robert S. Good, Paul W. Good, and Charles Good.

Formerly of Lancaster County Pennsylvania, he was employed by Yellow Cab, and Friendly Taxi as an Operations Supervisor and was actively involved at Red Rose Transit. After retirement, he was employed at The Choo Choo Barn in Strasburg, PA. He was a U.S. Airforce Veteran where he was stationed in England. Goody was a member  of the Moose Lodge for many years in Lancaster, PA and the Dunnellon Moose Lodge, FL. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing, Texas Hold 'Em, Karaoke, Horse Races, and televised sports events especially NASCAR, Football, Baseball and political arguments with his children.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 9:00 AM at the Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon,19939 E. Pennsylvania Ave., Dunnellon, FL 34432. Inurnment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave., Bushnell, FL 33513 at 11:30 AM.
