Elba Nellie Matos, 82, died on May 6, 2016 at the Legacy house surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind her children, Gilbert Malave, Helen Malave and Ivelisse Torres; her brother, Jose Vidal Vallines; her sisters, Ester Malave, Hilda Quinonez, Almaida Vallines and Nestar Vallines; her eleven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Elba was born February 14, 1934 in Morovis, Puerto Rico to the late Vidal and Nestar(Reyes) Vallines. Following her Funeral Mass here in Dunnellon, Elba will be transfered to Puerto Rico where services and burial will take place under the care of Erick Memorial Services in Morovis, Puerto Rico.
