Erie Janople "Jan" Fulford

FULFORD, ERIE JANOPLE “JAN” Mrs. Erie Janople “Jan” Fulford, 88, of Alachua, FL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 13, 2015.

Born in Bethlem, FL, she lived most of her life in Florida, and retired with her husband to Alachua 15 years ago. Mrs. Fulford was the perfect model of a pastor’s wife, devoting her life to supporting him and his ministry. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of High Springs, FL. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Rev. Joseph Edward Fulford, Sr., her son Rev. Joseph Edward Fulford, Jr., Dunnellon, her two daughters Bennye Alligood, High Springs, FL, and Peggy Shields, Live Oak, FL, 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fulford will be held at 3 PM Sunday, August 16, 2015, at First United Methodist Church in Bonifay, FL, with Pastor Eddie Fulford officiating. Interment will follow in the Bonifay Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, 150 N. Main Street, High Springs, FL 32643.
