Evelyn P. Bixby, 81, died on May 6, 2016 formerly of Dunnellon and lived in Plantation, FL. She was born November 22, 1934 in Cotton Plant, FL to the late William and Annie Mae (Ratlif) Parker. Evelyn served our country with the US Air Force and was a companion to Charles Pflueger, Plantation and a sister to Charles Parker, Dunnellon.
