Francis David Strachan

Dunnellon- Francis David Strachan, 70, passed away May 20, 2015.  He was born July 5, 1944 in Okauchee, Wisconsin to Frank Strachan and Evelyn Stilp.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired real estate broker.  He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and enjoyed traveling, movies, and fishing.  Mr. Strachan is survived by his wife, Donna Strachan, sons, Shawn Strachan of Ocala, Chad Strachan (Heather) of Sunrise, FL, and Jason Strachan (Mary) of Dunnellon, sisters, Faith Ann Hewitt of FL, and Geraldine of FL, and grandson, Logan Strachan.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Greg Strachan, Gary Strachan, and Tim Strachan.   The family will hold a private service at a later date at Florida National Cemetery.
