Gary Bevans

Gary W. Bevans, 69, of Landisville passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, in Dunnellon, Fla. after a short illness.

Gary was born in Niles, Mich. on Oct. 30, 1942. He served in the Air Force. He resided in Millville for 40 years before moving to Landisville. Gary was a Cumberland County Sheriff’s Officer for 28 years and retired as a Sergeant in 2007.

Gary was predeceased by his loving wife of 30 years, Shirley. He was the beloved father of Michael Key his wife Rochelle of Fairton and Michelle Key Connolly of Vineland. He was the dear pop-pop of Jacob and Seth Key and Courtney and Meredith Rehmann. Gary is also survived and will be sadly missed by his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Tom Riley; two nieces; a nephew; six great-nieces; and one great nephew.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at Greenwood Memorial Park, N. 10th and E. Broad Sts., Millville, NJ.
