Gary Lee Johnson

Gary L. Johnson died at his home in Dunnellon, Florida on October 18, 2024. He was born on July 17, 1937 in Freeport, New York to the late George and Dorothy Johnson. He loved fishing in the waters off of Long Island, New York and hunting in the woods of Newfield, New York. He and Marie were “snowbirds” from 2006 until 2022, when they became Florida residents. He is survived by Marie, his wife of 65 years, 2 daughters – Pamela Johnson and husband Michael Schanzer, Stacey Lambui and husband Tom, 2 grandchildren – Kirsten Lambui, Kieran Lambui and wife Crystal, and 3 great grandchildren.
