Gladys Maxine Wood Dec 29, 1934 - July 8,2021

Maxine grew up in Brandon and Lithia ,Fl. She graduated from Brandon High School, worked with her parents in their restaurants for several years and remained with her parents as their caregiver until they passed away. She then was an office manager for her nephew’s businesses in Tampa and Ft Lauderdale.

Maxine loved Jesus and she loved her nieces, nephews , greats and gave generously of her time and talents to all who knew her. Maxine had a special way of making the person that she was with know that they were the most important person in the world to her. Maxine loved with her whole being and she will be missed. We will also miss her great cooking, in particular those yummy pies.

Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens in Brandon, FL, with Pastor David Durham from First Baptist Church, Brandon,  officiating.
