Grace Hope Kimmons

Grace Hope Kimmons born January 7th, 2001, passed away on May 1st, 2022. She is survived by her father, Keith Kimmons, sister Emmie Kimmons, brother Jake Kimmons, maternal grandparents William and Carol Johnson and maternal great grandmother Grace Johnson and maternal great grandfather Wilfred Carver, her paternal grandparents William and Chris Kimmons and grandmother Cam Lemon, honorary family Margaret Fravel, Michelle Myers-Duncan, Lexi Duncan and many, many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Grace is joining her mother Keli Johnson Kimmons in heaven whom she loved with her whole heart.

Grace was a beautiful person who touched many hearts. When you think of Grace, you think of her infectious laugh, her beautiful smile, her great hugs, her willingness to help others, her passion to get her degree in teaching; so much so that she wouldn’t accept anything less than an A in school. Her students from her internship loved her so much and looked forward to seeing her every day. Grace was the type of person to help anyone in need. She had the most exuberant personality. When she walked in a room she was like a ray of sunshine. You could tell she loved her friends and family by the way her smile lit up and how she ran in for a hug. Grace loved elephants, yellow carnations, butterflies, mountains, and the beach. Most of all, she loved her family, friends, and students. There will never be another person like Grace!
