She is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Portela Velez and Dulce Angelina Ramirez; her mother, Lucia Rodriquez and her stepfather, Peter Rodriquez; her brother, Jorge Velez; her grandchildren, Stephanie Brown, Jacob Velez and Mary Ann Groin.
She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
