Israel Garcia

Israel 'Izzy' Garcia was born December 30th, 1954 and went home to be with the Lord on January 26th, 2021. Izzy was a beautiful and authentic soul, who faithfully devoted his life to serving Jesus and others. He was kind, loving, calm, thoughtful, and unconditionally generous to all he knew. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Izzy loved fishing and he never missed an opportunity to take a trip to the water for some peace and clarity while casting for the big one. Izzy exemplified Christ's love throughout his entire life. He was committed to spreading God's love and word through his mission work. He was the epitome of a selfless man. He was a supportive, loyal, and loving husband of 46 years to his wife, Joann Garcia. Dedicated father to his children, Thomas Garcia (Melissa) and Christopher Garcia (Shawnda). Caring brother to Maggie Lawrence (Norm) and Roberto Garcia. Loving grandfather to Alex, Seirra, Aiden, Helena, and Evan Garcia. Izzy made a mark on this world with his class-act composure and good-natured spirit. He touched many lives while on this earth and his lifelong legacy will never be forgotten.
