James Felty

James Felty, 83, died on April 14, 2013 in Ocala, FL. He was the son to the late Clarence and Isabella Minton Felty. James was born April 4, 1930 in Morganfield, Kentucky.

James moved to the Ocala area in 1988 from Kentucky. He was a welder by trade and was also a Korean War Veteran who served our country with the Unites States Navy Seabees.  James was a member of the Berean Baptist Church in Ocala and a former member of the Eagles Lodge in Indiana. He enjoyed fishing and just being outdoors but most importantly his loving family.

He is survived by his wife, Opal Felty, Ocala, FL; his sons, Edgar, Billy Felty and stepson, Billy Jones; his daughters, Judy Williams and Diane; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
