James M. Lias

James M. Lias, 87, died on June 28, 2015 in Dunnellon, FL. He was born into this life on November 15, 1927 in Dubois, PA to the late Merle and Helen (Johnson) Lias and grandson to the late Anna and Ernest Johnson.

A  graduate from Dubois High School and Penn State University, 1951. Jim enlisted in the US Navy in June of 1945. He was a lifetime member of the Penn State Alumni and Easter Seals. During his career he lived in Pennsylvania, Miami, FL, Houston, Texas  and eventually moved to Dunnellon, Florida in 1998 in where Jim and his wife Angela made their home.

He is Preceded in Death by his wife Geraldine (Morgan)  Lias.

Jim is survived by his wife, Angela Lias; his stepchildren, Brent Daniel and Leslie Daniel.

He will be buried by his family at the Morningside Cemetery in Dubois, PA.
