Janet Faye (Wiggins) Turner

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Janet Faye Turner, who left us on Sunday, March 9, at 11:52 PM. She will be deeply missed, yet forever loved. Janet’s legacy lives on through her devoted husband, Billy Turner, her sister and brother-in-law, Tom and Shiela LaFountain, and a close-knit family that includes three cherished nieces: Jennifer LaFountain, Heather Jaramillo, and Amber LaFountain. She also leaves behind her stepchildren, Billi Jordan, Bobbi Turner, Geri Deluca, and Jami Mongold, along with their beautiful children and families. Janet led a life full of adventure, having traveled the roads of the USA as a truck driver, a journey that took her to every corner of the country. Her spirit was as vast and free as the open road. Yet, no matter where she went, one thing remained constant – her love for desserts. After every meal, Janet could always be found savoring something sweet, a small indulgence that brought her so much joy. Her warmth, strength, and joyful heart will never be forgotten. May her memory continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, March 14, 2025, at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon, FL.  The family will receive friends from 10 AM until service time.  Interment will follow in Dunnellon Memorial Gardens.
