Our Mother passed away peacefully at Village Glen in John Knox Village, Pompano Beach, Florida, on October 1st, 2012.
Jean was born in Waycross, Georgia in 1920, married Norton (Sandy) Davidson in 1943. They moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1960 from Georgia and were members of Coral Ridge Country Club, Charity Guild and the First Presbyterian Church.
She is predeceased by her husband Sandy, and survived by her children, Norton (Wesley), Robert (Jean), Suzanne (Mike) Moore, and Philip (Loretta), 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 4:00 pm Saturday, October 6, 2012 at The Pine Forest Cemetery in Homerville, Georgia with Rev. David White officiating.
In lieu of flowers the Family requests donations in the memory of Mrs. Davidson to The John Knox Employee Scholarship Fund, 830 Lakeside Circle, Pompano Beach, Florida 33060, in honor of the staff that took care of our Mother for the last 6 years.
