Morriston- Joanne Mae Sylvia, 76, died on January 26, 2014 at her residence in Morriston, FL. She entered this life on Febraury 28, 1937 in Weymouth, MA to the late Joseph and Anne Lussier.
Being in retail most of her life Joanne moved to Florida in 1983 from Massachusettes. She truly had a passion for animals but most of all her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald H. Sylvia in 2005.
Her survivors include her son, Ronald Sylvia, Morriston, FL; one brother and one sister; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. We love you and we will miss you until we meet again.
There will be a public viewing held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 4:00 until 6:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service starting at 6:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home, 19939 East Pennsylvania Ave., Dunnellon, FL 34432.
