Joseph Holoubek, 62, died on Monday, August 2, 2018 at Ocala Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 12, 1956 in Passaic County, NJ and was the son to the late Charles and Madeline (Madonia) Holoubek. He is surivived by his brother, John Holoubek ; his girlfriend Dee Campbell. Mr. Holoubek's wishes were to have his body donated to science to help support medical education.
