Katherine (Rice) Milam

Katherine Rice Milam was born December 23, 1932 in Pascagoula, MS to Fred and Maggie Rice.  She is the sister to Edward, Trudy, John, Velma, David, Fred Jr., Sue, Jessie, and Louis.  Katherine was a loving wife to Luco Milam and a dedicated mother to her four children:  Tim, Alfred, Robert, and Lillie.  She was a devoted grandmother that loved gardening and being surrounded by family and friends.  She has 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.  She loved animals and adored her dogs Benji and Red.  Katherine’s life will be celebrated on May 15, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fl.  Arrangements under the direction of  Roberts Funeral Home, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon.
