Kenneth Douglas Sveda

Kenneth D. Sveda, of Florida, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, September 8, 2013, surrounded by his wife and three daughters. He was born in Passaic, New Jersey on February 2, 1943 and raised in Wallington, New Jersey by late parents George and Maria Sveda.

He served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1964. Mr. Sveda was proud to have worked for the Parsippany Police Department for twenty five years and retired in 1995 as a Lieutenant.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of twenty seven years, Linda; his three daughters Deborah and her husband Robert, Alison and her husband Mark, Kimberly and her fiancee Michael; his son Kenneth; his grandchildren Scott, Olivia, Adrianne, Jaydon, and Damian; his step-grandchildren, Robin and Jason; his brother George Sveda, niece Laura and her family.

He will forever be a hero in our hearts. "We love you bunches"!!
