Larry Dwight Lowes

Larry Dwight Lowes, 62, of Dunnellon, Florida, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Hospice of Citrus County & The Nature Coast Hospice House.  He was born September 18, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky.  He moved to Dunnellon in 1998 from Holly, Michigan.  He was a member of Victory Baptist Church of Inverness.  Mr. Lowes was an entertainer who owned a magic store, pool hall, and a trucking business.  He was a singer, drummer, and involved in the puppet ministry at church.  He was also a mentor for children and a little league coach.  He is survived by his wife, Paula Lowes, sons, Jason Lowes (Donna) of McComb, Michigan, Chad Lowes of Dunnellon, brother, Derrald Lowes of Ferndale, Michigan, sister, Dorothy Lowes of Flushing, Michigan, and granddaughter, Mackenzie Beagle.   A memorial service will be held at Victory Baptist Church of Inverness on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 12:00 noon.
