Lethia Esther (Land) Braswell

Mrs. Lethia Esther Braswell, 93, of Pine Run in Ocala, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at Legacy Hospice House.  Born in Norfolk, VA, she moved to this area in 1989, coming to Marion County from Pace, FL.  She was a retired bookkeeper, and an active member of the Dunnellon Moose Lodge #2308.  She was preceded in death by her husband Gil Braswell, her daughter Sandra Martin, and her brother Grover Land.  Her survivors include her sons Robert and Richard Giles, her daughters Dollie James and Marilyn Giles, her step sons Michael and Thomas Braswell, her step daughter Linda Hadley, 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.  Visitation for Mrs. Braswell will be held Wednesday, June 3 from 5-7 PM, and funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, June 4, both at Roberts Funeral Home, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon.  Interment will follow in Florida National Cemetery.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.robertsofdunnellon.com  Memorial contributions may be made to charity of your choice.
