Lewis F. Barnes, 64, died on December 5, 2022 while under the care of HPH Hospice in Lecanto, FL. He was born on December 5, 1958 in St. Petersburg, FL and was the son to the late Lewis M. Barnes and Joann (Hancock) Barnes. Lewis was a Levy county resident and was self-employed in Lawn Maintenance.
He is preceded in death by his two siblings.
He is survived by his sons, Jared, Robert and Christopher Barnes and his brother, Daniel Barnes.
Interment will be held in Cedars of Lebanon Cemetery in Inglis, FL.
