Lloyd A. Fisk, esq.
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Lloyd Fisk, son, brother, father, uncle, and partner in Christ.
Lloyd was an avid scholar and life-long student, attending college classes well into his 80’s. He served two years in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in June of 1962. He was an International Corporate Lawyer, a profession that fueled his love for travel, and at the time of his passing he had visited every continent except for Antarctica. After his retirement in 1996, he and his wife Holly spent many years RV’ing across the main 48 states. They finally settled in Dunnellon, where Lloyd became very active in his church, the First Methodist Church of Dunnellon. He sat on many committees and sang with the choir, performing many a cantata for the congregation.
A devoted family man, he is preceded in death by his father Thatcher, mother Dorothy, sister Suerae, brother Heath, and grandson Jason. He is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Hollis J. Fisk, two daughters Samantha and Katherine, and two sons Kenneth and Neal, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at First Methodist Church of Dunnellon.
Mrs. Fisk has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Foundation.
