Lora Slagle

Lora Slagle 77, of Dunnellon, Florida passed away on February 24, 2013.  Lora and her husband James were married for 60 years and were owners of Slagle Used Cars in Dunnellon from 1968 to 2007. She was born in Phenix, Virginia on September 2, 1935. Along with her husband James, she is survived by her sons:  Kenneth Slagle, of Dunnellon; Jerry Slagle, South Lake, Texas; and Mark Slagle of Ocala, FL. Lora enjoyed spending time with her eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and will be missed by her sister Elaine Hamlet of Red House, Virginia and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. followed by services at 11 A.M.with Reverend Eddie Fulford of First United Methodist Church officiating  at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon, FL. Burial will take place on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 12:30 P.M. at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
