Luana Shaw Sheffield

Luana S. Sheffield , 84, died on Sunday, August 20, 2023 in Lecanto, FL. She was born into this life on December 29, 1938 in Torrance, California and was the daughter to the late John and Mary (Wallace) Shaw. Luana was the beloved wife of Gordon Sheffield who was a retired  Master Sargent with the United States Air Force, who served in Korea and Vietnam. Luana and her late husband were living in Fayettville,  North Carolina when he passed. Towards the end of her life, Luana lived in Orlando where she worked for Dardin Foods until she retired and then moved to the Bob Hope Village in Shalimar, FL.  She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, cake decorating and crafting.  She will be greatly missed by all of her family.

Luana is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Sheffield, her son, Erik Sheffield, and her daughter, Dawn Genie Wilson.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Gordon Sheffield, Jr.; her daughter, Suzann Howell; her seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
