Marcelle Nelson

Marcelle Nelson 86, died Sat.Nov 27 at her home in Morriston.She was born Feb.28 1924 in Lewiston Maine, the 4th child of Albert Fortin & Rose Poulin.She enjoyed playing bingo, knitting & crocheting. She is a past president of the American Legion Womens Auxilliary post 95 in Coral Gables,Fl. Prior to her retirement in 1986 she worked as a clerk for AT&T for 30 yrs and was a proud member of the Telephone Pioneers. She is survived by her sister Laurette Nolin of Lewiston, ME, a son, Richard Doucette, 2 daughters Pauline Parker & husband Herb, Cheryl King & husband Robert, 3 grandchildren Herb Parker & wife Kate, Charles Ferris & wife Connie, Cheri Najaf & husband Basil, 5 nieces & nephews Mariette Bennett, Anne Blais Paul Nolin & William Nolin & Adrienne Glass. 5 great grandchildren Adam & Emma Parker, Ariana Najaf, and Zachary & Jacob Ferris. Visitation Tuesday 12-2 PM at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon with services at 2 pm.
