Margaret Ann Rubien, 95, died on February 26, 2013 in Keansburg, NJ. She was born June 17, 1917 in Brooklyn, NY to the late William and Rose Chester.
She was a community supervisor for the town of Hempstead, NY. Margaret lived in Ocala from 1994 to 2009, moving to New Jersey after her husband’s passing. She enjoyed crafts and painting with oils. We love you and we miss you Grandma.
She is preceded in death by her husband Walter, her daughter, Rosanne DiSanto, and four sisters.
She is survived by her loving grandchildren, Brian and Stephanie DiSanto; her great-grandson, Benjamin DiSanto; and her son-in-law, Eugene DiSanto.
Visiting hours for Margaret will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 8:30 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ocala with Burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
